The following tracks: Owosso Speedway and Dixie Motor Speedway, as well as Berlin Raceway, Kalamazoo Speedway, Onaway Speedway, Spartan Speedway, Whittemore Speedway, and Auto City Speedway as well as the O'Reilly Auto Parts USA Modifieds Series are in agreement with two Rule Book Amendments.
The First Rule Book Amendment is that the 4" Ride Height rule means 4" of chassis clearance. No Bracket added for link arrangement may obstruct a 4 inch gauge in any manner.
Friday, June 18th, 2010 is the deadline for any alterations to design to take place. After that point a 1100 lbs., right side total weight measurement will be the penalty according to each tracks tech procedure. The Second Rule Book Amendment is that any modified casr ride height (4") must be compliant by the time that car enters the tech area after leaving the racing surface. The time required to reach the tech inspection area driving at a moderate pace safe for pit travel. Your tech inspectors need a definable time they can inspect. You car must be compliant when they do. If a car has some type of tie down shock arrangement, tt must return to original ride height by the time tech occurs. This is mandatory.
