Note for Practice - Saturday, April 13
Attention drivers coming to practice on Saturday, April 13:
We are working feverishly to get our track race ready. As we are all aware, Mother Nature has not been very cooperative with getting concrete poured. Therefore, we will have the following temporary measures in place for practice this Saturday:
The main entrance off of M21 is closed. You will come in on the "farm lane" entrance which is just to the WEST of the regular entrance.
You will follow the YELLOW path up until it meets the RED path. You must come over to the pit office (circled in red) to purchase your pit passes. We also HIGHLY recommend purchasing fuel and tires at this time.
After you are done checking in you will double back to the YELLOW path and go around the north end of the property up and around.
YOU WILL BE PITTING IN THE INFIELD
You will enter the track and head down the backstretch and will then enter down around midway down the back straight.
Temporary barriers are down in the infield to protect your cars and we will be limiting cars on track to TWO at a time, and will highly discourage any passing or other shenanigans while on the track.
Practice will begin at 1PM. After that we will briefly allow crews, newly arrived haulers to enter, and present haulers to exit at the top of every hour. We have porta potties that will be located in the infield for your use as well.
We will be opening gates at 11am to allow your entrance. We recommend a prompt arrival if at all possible.
We appreciate your understanding. We are doing everything in our power to provide you with an elite facility. We thank you for working with us as we operate through these growing pains.
