Booking Rules & Procedures
Booking Window
• All ride reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of ride day.
• Bookings are not automated — a team member reviews and schedules all requests manually.
Booking Process
Step 1 — Booking Request Submission
• Customers submit their booking requests via Google Form below.
• Form questions include identification information, ride details, and confirming understanding of rules and policies put forth for safety.______________________
Step 2 — Operations Review
• Operations team reviews requests daily.
• All requests for a particular ride day are grouped together to maximize ride sessions and track usage.
Step 3 — Confirmation & Payment
• Operations team reaches back to the customer within 24 hours to:
o Confirm ride time and package details.
o Take payment. All payments must be made in advance via credit card over the phone or in-person at the track’s driver check-in building.
Step 5 — Cancellations or Reschedules
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Track officials reserve the right to reschedule the ride due to track conditions or other unforeseen track circumstances that arise in this window.
Additional Rules
• All participants must be at least 14 years of age, with parent or guardian consent if under 18.
• All participants must wear the provided safety gear (helmet, fire-resistant suit, gloves, neck restraint, seat belts).
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by ride team members.
• Operations team maintains discretion over ride schedules due to track conditions, number of booking requests, and safety.
